Refund Eligibility

Refunds are allowed for hosting plans within 7 days of purchase if service issues persist after support attempts. Web development, app development, SEO, and digital marketing services are non-refundable once work begins.

Cancellation Policies

Hosting subscriptions can be canceled anytime with 30 days’ notice; no refunds for unused time. Other services may be canceled before work starts, subject to agreement terms.

Refund Processing Timeline

Approved refunds are processed within 10-15 business days via the original payment method (Razorpay).
