Refund
Refund of advance booking amount will be considered if patient cancels the appointment well in advance with valid reason. However, in last moment cancellation where we are unable to accommodate another patient in such a short notice, refund will be considered in exceptional circumstances that too with valid justifiable reasons. If any patient repeatedly cancels the appointment, the amount will be forfeited. In case of treatment is taken and consultations done, if patients expect refunds based of not getting satisfactory outcome, refunds are not entertained. Due to some valid reasons, if any patient wants to discontinue the treatment and remaining amount of phototherapy package (calculated according to company’s policy) will be refunded.
