Appointment

We require prior appointments for all consultations. We do not accept walk-in consultations.  For new patients, we have a strict selection process based on the responses to our questionnaire and the photos of the patches.  The staff/counsellors will interact with  the vitiligo patients to assess their suitability for complete involvement, their knowledge about vitiligo and its treatment, and their expectations. We will try to counsel the patients and then move to the next level if they are manageable.  We also give appointments to follow up patients based on their involvement to fight their vitiligo.  We use slot-based appointments to give attention and care to each patient. Since vitiligo has a lot of social and psychological impact, this method prevents unwanted interaction with other patients and protects their privacy.  Appointments on weekends and holidays are subject to availability. Since many patients prefer such appointments, they need to book at least 45 days in advance if such appointment is available. Patients need to understand that we cannot accommodate everyone.  We do not offer follow up appointments to patients who do not follow the treatment as advised, who are not involved in their vitiligo fight, who have unrealistic expectations, or who are rude to the staff, even after repeated counselling.
