Abusing Staff Member

We understand that vitiligo has significant psychosocial impact. Patients do have frustrations of long-term treatment and failures in the past. Sometimes despite of best treatment and efforts treatment outcome could be less than expected. However, one should not abuse or mistreat or be rude to the staff members. Our team has to manage the negativities of many patients and give motivation and had hold them to be involved in the treatment and get better outcome. However, something beyond limit will not be tolerated and the misbehaving patient (either patient or patient attenders behaviour with staff) will not be given further appointment and will be asked to stop the treatment after expiration of validity of prescription.
